Testing can be powerful, but interpretation is where it becomes useful.

Functional testing may help when symptoms are ongoing, patterns are unclear, or you want more personalised information than standard advice can provide. Our role is to help you choose the right test, understand the results and turn the data into a practical plan.

Not sure which test fits you? Take the one-minute quiz.

  • Gut microbiome, SIBO and food intolerance testing
  • Genetic methylation and selected nutrient pathway testing
  • Hormone, adrenal, biological age and nutrition-focused testing options
  • Practitioner interpretation alongside symptoms, history and goals

We connect symptoms, history and data into a plan you can actually follow.

The goal is not to hand you more information and leave you guessing. It is to help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and what to prioritise first.

1

Listen

We start with your symptoms, goals, health history, lifestyle, diet and what you have already tried.

2

Review

We consider relevant bloodwork, supplements, medications, previous results and day-to-day patterns.

3

Investigate

If testing is useful, we help you choose the most relevant pathway rather than ordering everything at once.

4

Plan

You receive clear nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance based on your needs and the level of support chosen.

“Georgina and the team at Wellbeing George are amazing to deal with and very professional. I was unsure as to what to expect as the testing protocol seems quite new, but after the 15min free consult I was totally convinced that it was exactly what I needed to try.”

Brett, Google review

“I would 100% recommend Georgina and Wellbeing George. Georgina has helped me so much with my autoimmune condition and long-term chronic pain. I honestly didn’t think anything would make a difference, but I’m now nearly pain free, have so much more energy, and just feel better overall.”

Common questions before booking.

Do I need functional testing before booking a consultation?

No. Many clients start with an initial consultation first. Testing is optional and is recommended only when it is likely to provide useful extra information for your situation.

Do you see clients in Melbourne?

Wellbeing George is based in Brighton, Melbourne, and every consultation is delivered online by phone or Zoom. That means Melbourne clients and clients anywhere else in Australia book the same appointments.

Can I book from anywhere in Australia?

Yes. Consultations are conducted online via phone or Zoom, so you can access support from anywhere in Australia.

Which appointment should I choose first?

If you are unsure, book the free 15-minute call. If you want a full health intake and personalised plan, book the 60-minute initial consultation.

Can you review blood tests from my GP?

Yes. The bloodwork review is designed for people who have recent pathology results and want a clearer nutritional and functional explanation of what the results may suggest.

Can I claim a private health rebate?

Some consultation fees may be claimable if your private health insurance covers nutrition. Functional testing itself is generally not claimable in Australia.

Does this replace my GP or specialist care?

No. Our services provide nutrition, lifestyle and functional testing support. We do not provide emergency care or replace diagnosis, medical treatment or advice from your GP or specialist.
