Georgina Waugh, founder of Wellbeing George, Clinical Nutritionist

“I started this clinic because I couldn’t get an answer to the question that mattered most: why do I keep feeling like this?”

My own health story will sound familiar to a lot of the women we see. Real symptoms, “normal” results, and a lot of band-aid solutions. I was offered medication after medication to quieten what my body was trying to tell me, but nobody could tell me why it was happening. So I went and studied it myself; that’s what took me into clinical nutrition, and it’s why Wellbeing George exists.

I’m a mum. I run this business, a family and a household, so I know what it takes to keep everything going while you’re running on empty, and I know how it feels to be told everything looks normal when you know it isn’t.

So here’s my commitment to you. You will be heard. We’ll look for the reason in your own biology, not hand you someone else’s plan. And we won’t disappear once you have a report; we stay with you while things actually change.

In the early days, the way we work here lived mostly in my head. Now it’s written down, taught, and held by every practitioner in this clinic. We call it the Wellbeing George Method, and it matters for one simple reason: the care you get here doesn’t depend on getting me. It’s built into the place.

I personally believe that I can make a difference in somebody’s life with the tools and the knowledge that I have. That belief is where the Method came from, and it’s the standard every practitioner here holds.

What we’re here to do

Our vision

To be the clinic Australian women trust to answer the question that matters most: why do I feel like this?

Our mission

To get high-performing women out of pushing through and back to their best selves, by finding the reasons beneath their symptoms, helping them understand their own biology and partnering with them through the change; food first, evidence always, conviction without pressure.

Our promises to you

When I started Wellbeing George, I wrote down how I believe this work should be done, and I made it the standard everyone here works to. We call it the Wellbeing George Method. Every practitioner here is trained in it, and it’s how I know you’ll get the same care whoever you sit with. These are its six promises.

We’ll only ever recommend what we believe will help you

If something isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you; even when that costs us a sale.

We find your why

We don’t chase symptoms with products; we find what’s driving them, starting with your own biology.

You’ll finally understand your body

Every consultation teaches as it treats; you leave knowing more about yourself, not just holding another report.

Food does the heavy lifting

We start with your plate, not a pile of pills; supplements only where your results show you truly need them.

We stay with you

A test is a moment; change is a season. We’re with you for the season: the check-ins, the recalibrations, and the wins.

Evidence, not trends

If we can’t stand behind it clinically, we won’t sell it, post it, or recommend it.

This is our commitment to you: so you can live life on your terms, and to the fullest.

Whoever you sit with, the care is the same

Every practitioner here joined Wellbeing George because they believe in what we’re here to do, and wanted to be part of doing it. They’re all degree-qualified. They’re all trained in the Wellbeing George Method. And they all make you the same six promises. So whoever you sit with, the care is the same: you’ll be heard, your why will be found, and nobody will hand you a report and a goodbye.

Morgan Kolkert, Clinical Nutritionist at Wellbeing George

Morgan Kolkert

Clinical Nutritionist · BHSc Nut Med

Morgan is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist, registered with ANTA, who is deeply passionate about helping individuals understand their bodies, reclaim their health and feel truly at home in themselves.

Her journey into nutrition began with a personal curiosity about the body and a desire to better support her own hormonal health associated with endometriosis, and longevity. She wanted more than symptom management or temporary fixes; she wanted to understand what was happening beneath the surface and uncover the root cause of the “why.” That curiosity soon became a calling.

Morgan believes food and nutritional medicine are powerful healing tools that we all have access to once we understand how to use them. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with functional testing to investigate the root causes of her clients’ symptoms and create sustainable, lasting change.

Guided by functional testing including methylation and DNA analysis, functional pathology, and extensive gut microbiome testing, Morgan uncovers the “missing pieces of the puzzle,” revealing what is truly driving a client’s symptoms and how to correct it.

Morgan’s special interests
  • Genetic testing analysis: individualised nutritional needs, chronic disease risk, long-term health outcomes
  • Complex gut conditions: constipation, reflux, bloating, diarrhoea, coeliac disease, histamine issues, IBD & IBS, UC, SIBO and more
  • Nutritional deficiencies: chronically low iron, methylation issues, and other micronutrient deficiencies
  • Women’s health: preconception, pregnancy & postpartum, painful or heavy periods, endometriosis and pelvic pain, post-pill support, PMS, PCOS and more
  • Nervous system health: sleep challenges, stress, and anxiety
