Choose the right test for what you want to understand.

At-home functional testing for genetics, methylation, nutrient status, gut health, hormones, food reactions and longevity, with optional Clinical Nutritionist support to help turn your results into practical next steps.

A few common places to begin.

These aren't the only options, but they're often the most useful starting points depending on whether your focus is genetics, current nutrient patterns or longevity tracking.

Testing is only useful when it leads to a clear next step.

Measure

Choose the test that fits the question you're trying to answer.

Understand

Look at your results in context with symptoms, history, food, sleep, stress and goals.

“I would 100% recommend Georgina and Wellbeing George. Georgina has helped me so much with my autoimmune condition and long-term chronic pain. I honestly didn’t think anything would make a difference, but I’m now nearly pain free, have so much more energy, and just feel better overall.”

Jess, Google review

“I highly recommend Wellbeing George. The whole process for the testing is really well explained and very thorough. We have had great results from this and the supplements recommended have made massive changes for our health.”

Simon, Google review

“Georgina and the team at Wellbeing George are amazing to deal with and very professional. I was unsure as to what to expect as the testing protocol seems quite new, but after the 15min free consult I was totally convinced that it was exactly what I needed to try.”

Reports are helpful. Interpretation is where the value is.

A lab report can show useful data, but it doesn't know your health history, symptoms, current diet, sleep, stress, training, supplements, medications or goals.

01

We look at the whole picture

Your results are considered alongside your real-life patterns, not interpreted in isolation.

02

We prioritise what matters first

Instead of leaving with a long list of random changes, you get clearer priorities and a practical starting point.

03

We make it usable

Food, lifestyle and supplement guidance can be tailored to your results where appropriate.

Simple from order to results.

The exact process depends on the test, but most follow the same simple pathway: choose, collect, send and review. Here's how testing works, step by step. And if you're still weighing things up, read what a functional test actually measures before you choose a panel.

Step 01 Choose

Choose your test

Order the test that best matches your goal, or book a free 15-minute call if you're unsure.

Step 02 Collect

Collect at home

Your kit includes instructions. Depending on the test, collection may involve saliva, stool, breath, blood spot, urine or blood collection requirements.

Step 03 Send

Send to the lab

Follow the return instructions provided with your kit so your sample can be analysed.

Step 04 Review

Review your results

Use the report alone, choose a video review, or book a consultation for personalised interpretation.

Choose the test after a quick chat.

If you're deciding between two or more options, book a free 15-minute call and we’ll help you narrow it down before you order.

Common questions.

Which functional test should I choose first?

Start with your main goal. Methylation and personalised nutrition questions may suit The Energy Blueprint, or the Methylation Test Kit if you only want the report. Complex nutrition, metabolic, thyroid, hormone or nutrient-status questions may suit the Complete Nutritional Blueprint. Longevity goals may suit TruAge, Telomere Length testing or the Longevity Deep-Dive Package. Gut symptoms may suit gut microbiome, SIBO or food intolerance testing. If you haven't had your standard bloods done through your GP yet, have a read before you pay for a test yourself.

What's the difference between the Genetic Methylation Test and the Complete Nutritional Blueprint?

The Genetic Methylation Test looks at selected genes and inherited tendencies across methylation, nutrient metabolism and related pathways. The Complete Nutritional Blueprint looks at current blood and urine markers to show more of what may be happening biochemically now.

What's the difference between The Energy Blueprint and the Methylation Test Kit?

Both use the same 92-gene, 113-SNP Genetic Methylation Test and the same at-home saliva sample. The Energy Blueprint includes a 60-minute Results Consultation, a personalised protocol and your first month of support. The Methylation Test Kit is the test and full report only, emailed to you with no consultation.

What's the difference between TruAge and the Telomere Length Test?

TruAge is a broader epigenetic test covering biological age, pace of ageing, telomere length and additional longevity insights. The Telomere Length Test is more focused on telomere length and cellular ageing. You can compare the two side by side.

Do I need a consultation?

A consultation is useful if you want your results interpreted alongside your symptoms, health history, diet, sleep, stress, supplements, medications and goals. It's especially helpful for complex symptoms or when you want a clear protocol.

Are the tests completed at home?

Many Wellbeing George functional tests are completed at home. Depending on the test, collection may involve saliva, stool, breath, blood spot, urine or blood collection requirements.

Can I book a call before ordering?

Yes. If you're unsure which test is most relevant, book a free 15-minute call before purchasing.
