What's actually driving your tired?

Eleven quick questions. We'll name the pattern behind how you feel, and the one test worth doing about it.

Question 1 of 11

About a minute, one tap per question. Written by the clinical team at Wellbeing George Nutrition, rated 5.0 on Google.

This is general information, not a diagnosis. It does not replace advice from your GP.

Six patterns, and the test that answers each

The quiz sorts your answers into one of these. If you would rather skip it and read, they are all here.

The Empty Tank

Fatigue that sleep does not fix, an afternoon that falls off a cliff, and bloods that were flagged a bit low, are years out of date, or were never properly explained. Depleted iron stores alone affect 22.3% of Australian women against 3.5% of men (Medical Journal of Australia, 2024), which is how ordinary a near-normal result can be. The question here is what your body is short of right now.

The Complete Nutritional Blueprint, from $790

The Blueprint Question

You have been told you are fine, and you do not feel it. Genetic methylation testing reads inherited variants in the genes involved in methylation and nutrient metabolism. It is a genotype, so it measures nothing happening today, and a variant is context rather than a cause. Genes load the gun, environment pulls the trigger.

The Energy Blueprint, $599

The Gut Loop

Bloating that builds through the day, a bowel pattern that will not settle, a shrinking list of safe foods. Three tests answer three different questions and they are not interchangeable: a stool test maps the ecosystem, a breath test reads hydrogen and methane gas patterns, and an IgG screen looks at food reactivity. The IgG screen is not an allergy test.

Gut microbiome, from $685 SIBO breath test, from $320 Food intolerance, from $430

The Rhythm Problem

Wired and tired at once, awake at 3am, mood that moves with the week. Cortisol follows a daily curve, so one reading says very little and the shape across the day is what carries the information. A saliva panel covers hormones alongside that rhythm; dried urine adds the metabolites when a snapshot is too narrow.

Well Woman, from $355 Well Man, from $305 DUTCH Complete, from $520

The Long Game

Nothing is wrong. You want to know where you stand so you can watch it move. Epigenetic biological age testing gives a marker of how your body is tracking against your years. It is a baseline to re-measure against, not a prediction of lifespan, and a single reading means very little on its own.

The TruAge Biological Age Test, from $895

Too Many Signals At Once

Energy, gut and stress all raise a hand. The risk is not that no test would help, it is that the wrong one gets bought first, comes back interesting, and answers a question you were not asking. Fifteen minutes on the phone sorts the order, and sometimes the answer is that testing is not the next step yet.

Before you start

Does this quiz diagnose anything?

No. It sorts your answers into a pattern and points to the test that answers that kind of question. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing here replaces advice from your GP or specialist.

Why do you ask for an email before showing the result?

Because the result is longer than a screen, and most people want it somewhere they can find it again when they are deciding. Your result appears on this page the instant you submit, and a copy goes to your inbox. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Which test is the most common starting point?

The Energy Blueprint, which pairs the genetic methylation test with a 60 minute results consultation, a personalised protocol and a 30 day check in. It is the one thing we recommend to someone new, because the test on its own is a report and the consultation is the part that makes it usable.

If your question is specifically about the gut, or specifically about hormones, a targeted test answers it more directly and more cheaply.

What if I have already had blood tests?

Bring them. Existing results are useful context and they often mean a new test is not needed yet, or that a different one is a better use of the money. A bloodwork review is a paid consultation that reads what you already have against your symptoms and history.

Do I have to buy a test at the end?

No. The free 15 minute call exists for exactly this, and nothing is sold on it. Plenty of those calls end with a suggestion that costs nothing.

This quiz gives general educational information. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a personal health plan. Functional testing and nutrition support sit alongside your medical care, they do not replace it.
