Health support to find the “why” behind your symptoms
Explore nutritionist-led support for gut symptoms, hormones, fatigue, metabolism, immune concerns, mood, sleep and healthy ageing. Each page is designed to help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and what the next step could look like.
Choose the support area that best matches what you’re experiencing.
These pages are designed to guide you toward the right consultation, test or support pathway. If more than one area feels relevant, that is common because many symptoms overlap.
Gut Health & Bloating
Support for bloating, digestive discomfort, bowel changes, food reactions, or to find out if you’re digesting nutrients well.
Fatigue & Brain Fog
Support for low energy, brain fog, poor recovery, nutrient gaps and stress-related depletion.
Healthy Ageing & Longevity
Support for long-term health, energy, performance, cognition, inflammation, metabolic markers and proactive prevention habits.
Women’s Hormone Support
Support for cycle changes, PMS patterns, menopause, perimenopause, endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal symptoms and nutrition foundations.
Men’s Hormone Support
Support for men wanting to understand energy, recovery, metabolism, libido, stress and hormone-related patterns.
Weight & Metabolism
Support for weight changes, cravings, blood sugar patterns, metabolic health and sustainable nutrition structure.
Mood, Stress & Sleep
Support for stress load, poor sleep, mood changes, nervous system strain and nutrient foundations.
Autoimmune Conditions
Nutrition and lifestyle protocols for people living with autoimmune conditions such as thyroid, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, coeliac and more.
We help you connect the dots, then choose a practical next step.
Symptoms rarely sit in one neat category. Gut health, hormones, nutrient status, stress, sleep and metabolism often influence each other, which is why our support starts with the bigger picture.
Understand your story
We look at your symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle, stress load, sleep, medications, supplements and any previous test results to understand what may be contributing.
Use testing where it adds value
Functional testing may be helpful for some clients, but it is not always the first step. We guide you toward the most relevant option rather than encouraging unnecessary testing.
Build a realistic plan
Your support may include food changes, meal structure, supplement guidance, lifestyle foundations, referral pathways or practitioner follow-up, depending on your needs.
Book a free 15-minute chat and we’ll help you choose the right next step.
You do not need to know which consultation or test is right before reaching out. We can help you understand whether practitioner support, functional testing, a bloodwork review or another pathway makes the most sense.
