Pick the option that matches how much guidance you want.
The laboratory data is detailed, and the value comes from understanding what the patterns may mean for your real life. Choose the report on its own, a personalised video review, or a full 1:1 consultation with practitioner guidance.
You are welcome to talk it through first. A short call costs nothing and often saves you money, because the right starting point is not always the biggest test.
Instead of guessing what your body needs, measure more of the picture.
Symptoms rarely come from one isolated pathway. Fatigue, brain fog, poor recovery, hormonal changes, inflammation, blood sugar instability and detoxification load can involve several systems at once.
The Complete Nutritional Blueprint is designed to help connect those dots, by reviewing a broad range of nutrition, metabolic and functional markers in one profile rather than testing one area at a time.
Broader than a standard blood panel
Looks across metabolic, thyroid, hormone, mineral, metal, fatty acid, amino acid and organic acid markers in one collection.
Works well alongside genetic testing
Genes can show tendencies. This profile can provide insight into what is happening biochemically right now.
No GP referral needed to order
Order directly through Wellbeing George, and your kit arrives with everything you need to complete the collections.
What makes this profile different?
Many people have had basic blood testing and still feel like something has been missed. This profile goes further, looking at nutrient status, fatty acid balance, amino acids, organic acids and detoxification markers together.
It looks at several systems together
Rather than focusing on one marker, it reviews patterns across energy, inflammation, thyroid, hormones, detoxification, nutrients and metabolism.
It may help guide targeted next steps
Your results can help inform a more personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement conversation where appropriate.
It is most useful when symptoms are complex
Helpful when fatigue, mood changes, hormonal symptoms, gut symptoms or inflammation have not been fully explained by standard testing alone.
Best suited to people who want deeper answers.
This profile is designed for people who want a comprehensive, nutrition-focused view of their health rather than testing one isolated area.
It may be especially useful if your symptoms are long-standing, involve more than one system, or you want more objective information before changing supplements.
A comprehensive look across key nutrition and metabolic pathways.
The Complete Nutritional Blueprint reviews a broad collection of blood and urine markers that may help identify patterns across metabolic health, thyroid function, hormones, minerals, metals, fatty acids, amino acids, organic acids, nutrient status, oxidative stress and detoxification.
Metabolic health
Markers related to lipids, inflammation, glucose regulation and cardiovascular risk patterns.
Thyroid function
Thyroid output, conversion patterns and autoimmune thyroid markers, rather than TSH alone.
Hormone health
Context for energy, mood, libido, stress resilience, metabolism and hormonal patterns.
Minerals and metals
Red cell minerals and whole blood metals, to review insufficiencies, imbalances and exposure patterns.
Essential fatty acids
Omega balance and fatty acid patterns, which can show how diet or supplementation is translating into your cells.
Amino acids
Amino acids are involved in neurotransmitters, detoxification, muscle maintenance, gut repair, immunity and methylation.
Organic acids
Cellular nutrient use, energy production, neurotransmitter metabolism, oxidative stress and gut-derived markers.
Nutrient demand
Where nutrient needs may be higher, or where current intake may not be translating into cellular function.
Your symptoms may involve more than one pathway.
The value of a broad profile is that it lets your practitioner look at patterns, not just isolated numbers.
Fatigue
May involve amino acid status, mitochondrial function, thyroid conversion, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, B vitamin demand, oxidative stress or mineral balance.
Hormonal symptoms
May be influenced by liver detoxification, thyroid function, stress hormones, nutrient insufficiencies, inflammation and fatty acid balance.
Brain fog and low mood
May involve amino acids, neurotransmitter metabolism, B vitamins, methylation cofactors, gut-derived metabolites, oxidative stress and glucose regulation.
Why practitioner guidance matters with a profile this detailed.
The report contains a lot of data. In a consultation we help you read that data in the context of your health history, symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress, training, supplements, medications and goals.
That is what turns a long list of markers into a practical plan you can actually follow.
Personalised interpretation
Your results are reviewed alongside your symptoms, goals and current health picture.
Targeted nutrition strategy
We help identify food, lifestyle and nutrient priorities instead of working from generic advice.
Supplement guidance where appropriate
Supplement suggestions are considered carefully and in context, not driven by single markers.
What is included
Your inclusions depend on the option you choose at checkout. Every option includes the comprehensive laboratory profile.
A simple process, with support available when your results arrive.
After purchase your kit is organised and sent with collection instructions. Your samples are analysed through NutriPATH, and your report is sent to you once it is ready.
Order
Choose Test Only, Video Analysis or 1:1 Consultation at checkout.
Collect
Complete the blood and urine collections following the instructions in your kit.
Analyse
Your samples are analysed through NutriPATH, an Australian NATA-accredited laboratory.
Interpret
Receive your report and, if selected, your video analysis or 60-minute telehealth consultation.
NutriPATH lists an estimated turnaround of approximately 21 business days from the date the laboratory receives your samples. Timing is an estimate and may vary with laboratory processing and sample logistics.
For complex symptoms, choose the 1:1 Consultation.
The 1:1 Consultation gives you time to ask questions, talk through your current symptoms and supplements, and understand your results in the context of your real life.
It is the option we recommend if you have health concerns, if complex results feel overwhelming, or if you want a plan rather than a report sitting in your inbox.

BrettCommon questions before ordering.
What is The Complete Nutritional Blueprint?
It is Wellbeing George’s practitioner-supported version of the NutriPATH NutriSTAT profile. It reviews a wide range of blood and urine markers across metabolic health, thyroid function, hormones, minerals, metals, fatty acids, amino acids, organic acids, nutrient status, oxidative stress and detoxification.
How do I choose between the three options?
Test Only suits people who are comfortable reading the report themselves or who already have a practitioner. Video Analysis suits people who want it explained but do not need to ask questions live. The 1:1 Consultation suits people with health concerns, or anyone who wants the results turned into a practical plan. If you are unsure, book a free 15-minute call and we will help you choose.
Is this the same as standard blood testing?
No. Standard blood testing usually looks at a smaller set of markers. This profile is much broader and is designed to give deeper nutrition and metabolic insight. It does not replace medical testing or advice from your GP or specialist.
Do I need a GP referral?
You do not need a GP referral to order through Wellbeing George. After purchase, your test kit and collection instructions are arranged for you. Your results are still best interpreted alongside your health history and any other relevant medical information.
What samples are required?
The profile uses a blood collection and a spot urine collection. Your kit arrives with the instructions you need to complete both.
How long do results take?
NutriPATH lists an estimated turnaround of approximately 21 business days from laboratory receipt. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with laboratory processing and sample logistics.
Can this test tell me which supplements to take?
It can help identify patterns that may inform supplement considerations, but supplement choices should always be personalised. Recommendations need to take into account your symptoms, health history, medications, current supplements, diet and other relevant pathology.
How does it compare with the Genetic Methylation Test?
Genetic testing looks at tendencies you were born with, while this profile looks at what is happening biochemically now. Many people run our Genetic Methylation Test alongside it so both layers can be read together.
Is this test diagnostic?
No. This test is intended to support personalised nutrition and wellness guidance. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it does not replace medical advice from your GP, specialist or other healthcare provider.
