Just the test, or the test read with you.
This page is the Genetic Methylation Test kit and your full report on their own, for people who are confident reviewing a genetic report independently or who already work with a practitioner. If you would rather have a Clinical Nutritionist read your results with you and turn them into a plan, the Energy Blueprint includes the same genetic methylation test with a 60-minute Results Consultation.

Not sure which? If you have symptoms you are trying to explain, or you have never read a genetic report before, choose the Energy Blueprint. The report runs to more than 100 pages, and the consultation is where it turns into something you can act on. If you already work with a practitioner who will read it with you, the kit on its own is the right buy.
“Georgina, was prompt and provided excellent service from my initial enquiry and all throughout the process. The Genetic Methylation test has provided me with plenty of useful information to know how my body works.”

What is in your report.
Your report is designed to help identify selected genetic tendencies and translate them into practical areas for nutrition, lifestyle and supplement consideration.
- Over 100 pages of personalised genetic insights
- 92 genes and 113 SNPs reviewed
- Methylation, nutrient and detoxification pathways
- Mood, inflammation, hormone and cardiovascular sections
- Food and nutrient considerations
- Supplement discussion points where relevant
- Suggested follow up blood markers to consider
- Practitioner interpretation available through the Energy Blueprint
Reading it on your own.
The report runs to more than 100 pages, so it helps to know how to approach it. This is the part nobody tells you when you buy a genetic test without a practitioner attached.
- Start with the summary sections, not the gene tables. The per-gene detail behind them is reference material to come back to, not a list to work through in order.
- A variant is a tendency, not a finding. Nothing in the report describes what is happening in your body today. Blood work does that, and the two are read together.
- Look for where several genes point the same way. A single variant rarely changes anything on its own; it is the pattern across a pathway that practitioners read for.
- Take it to whoever you already work with. If you see a GP, naturopath or nutritionist, the report is most useful in front of them alongside your history and recent bloods.
Your genes are not the full story.
A genetic report can show useful patterns, but it should not be interpreted in isolation. Your symptoms, diet, stress, sleep, supplement use, health history and blood markers all matter.
That is why, if you want careful, personalised guidance rather than guessing what your report means, we recommend the Energy Blueprint: the same test, read with you by a Clinical Nutritionist.

“Georgina provided an amazing insight into the possibilities and options available to tackle my health and well being from a scientifically backed nutritional perspective. With the myriad of supplements available on the market today, I wanted to pinpoint those that would best work for me. The genetic methylation test, the subsequent report and the interaction with Georgina has provided so much insight.”
“I highly recommend Wellbeing George. The whole process for the testing is really well explained and very thorough. We have had great results from this and the supplements recommended have made massive changes for our health.”
Methylation Test Kit FAQs
What exactly do I get for $449?
The at-home saliva collection kit posted out to you, processing at a NATA accredited Australian laboratory, and your full report emailed to you: more than 100 pages across 92 genes and 113 SNPs. No consultation, no protocol and no practitioner interpretation are included at this price.
Do I need a practitioner to read the report?
Not necessarily, and that is who this option is for. The report is written to be read without one, and many people work through it themselves or take it to a practitioner they already see. If you would rather have it read with you, the Energy Blueprint includes that.
What is the difference between the kit and the Energy Blueprint?
The test itself is the same. The kit is that test and the report on their own, for $449. The Energy Blueprint adds a 60-minute Results Consultation with a Clinical Nutritionist, a personalised protocol, the Food-as-Medicine Guide, the four-week Energy Primer and a free 30-Day Check-in, for $599 until 1 November and $749 after that.
Can I claim the kit on Medicare or private health?
No. There is no Medicare rebate for this kind of testing in Australia. Extras cover will sometimes contribute towards a consultation, but the kit on its own does not include one, so there is nothing to claim it against.
How long does it take?
Your kit is posted out to you after you order. Once your sample reaches the laboratory, processing takes about four weeks, and your report is emailed to you when it is ready.
What if I want my results explained?
Choose the Energy Blueprint instead of the kit on its own. It includes this same test, a 60-minute Results Consultation with a Clinical Nutritionist, a personalised protocol, the Food-as-Medicine Guide, the four-week Energy Primer and a free 30-Day Check-in. If you have already bought the kit and change your mind, get in touch and we will help you arrange a consultation.
Will the report tell me which supplements to take?
No. It can point to tendencies that may be worth considering alongside your diet and health history, but a report cannot settle a supplement plan on its own. Anything you act on should be weighed against your symptoms, medications and recent blood tests.
Is the report a diagnosis?
No. It is intended to support personalised nutrition and wellness guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it does not replace advice from your GP or specialist.
